When
you press “Start a Questionnaire”, you are transferred to a
secure Internet connection. You will see a little, yellow lock or
a key at the bottom section of your screen, just above the task
bar, confirming this security. In the same way that your credit
card information is protected when you order products over a
secure Internet connection, Instant Medical History maintains the
confidentiality of your answers to questions about your medical
problem.
But
what about transmitting this information to your doctor? Only your
doctor's personal password will enable access to your message.
Instant
Medical History does not maintain any database of your medical concern or
your answers on the questionnaire. Once your results are
summarized and either printed or securely transmitted, all information is
deleted from our computers. We do this in order to maintain
maximum confidentiality of your medical information.
